Wer Leuchtmittel, LED-Bänder oder Netzteile aus Drittstaaten in der EU anbietet, ist Importeur nach der Produktsicherheitsverordnung (EU) 2023/988 und trägt die Pflichten des Herstellers mit — Konformitätsunterlagen, verantwortliche Person in der EU, Rückverfolgbarkeit. Wir fertigen die Teile aus Kunststoff und nennen für die Kleinteile Anbieter, die diese Pflichten bereits erfüllen. Die Verweise sind keine Werbung im Auftrag der Genannten und ohne Vergütung.

Whoever offers lamps, LED strips or power supplies from third countries in the EU is an importer under the General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 and shares the manufacturer's duties — conformity documents, a responsible person in the EU, traceability. We make the plastic parts and, for the small items, name suppliers who already meet those duties. The links are not paid advertising and carry no remuneration.
