Wir prüfen die Datei und antworten in der Regel am selben oder nächsten Werktag mit Festpreis, Material, Liefertermin — oder mit ehrlichen Rückfragen bzw. der Aussage, dass 3D-Druck für den Zweck nicht das richtige Verfahren ist.We review the file and usually reply the same or next working day with a fixed price, material and delivery date — or with honest questions, or the plain statement that 3D printing isn't the right process for the purpose.

VorauskassePayment in advance

Aufträge werden per Vorauskasse (Banküberweisung) bezahlt. Die Fertigung beginnt erst nach Zahlungseingang und Ihrer ausdrücklichen Zustimmung (siehe unten) — vorher wird nichts gedruckt und nichts berechnet.Orders are paid in advance (bank transfer). Production starts only after payment is received and you have given your express consent (see below) — nothing is printed and nothing is charged before that.

Fertigung: normal binnen 2 WochenProduction: normally within 2 weeks

Standardaufträge werden innerhalb von zwei Wochen ab Zahlungseingang gefertigt und übergeben bzw. versendet. Dauert es im Einzelfall länger, werden Sie aktiv benachrichtigt — Sie müssen nicht nachfragen. Fixtermine und Eilfertigung sind auf Anfrage möglich und werden im Angebot verbindlich zugesagt.Standard orders are produced and handed over or shipped within two weeks of payment. If a specific job takes longer, we notify you actively — you don't have to chase us. Fixed dates and express production are available on request and are committed in the quote.

Rücktritt bei individueller Fertigung — vorher gesagt, nicht nachher diskutiertWithdrawal and custom manufacturing — said before, not argued after

Für Verbraucher gilt im Fernabsatz grundsätzlich ein 14-tägiges Rücktrittsrecht (FAGG). Für Waren, die nach Kundenspezifikation angefertigt oder eindeutig auf persönliche Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten sind, sieht das Gesetz jedoch eine Ausnahme vor (§ 18 Abs. 1 Z 3 FAGG) — und genau das ist ein Teil, das nach Ihrer Datei gedruckt wird. Damit die Fertigung nicht erst nach Ablauf einer Frist beginnen kann, holen wir vor Produktionsstart Ihre ausdrückliche Bestätigung ein. In der Auftragsbestätigung setzen Sie drei Häkchen:

Consumers in distance selling generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal (Austrian FAGG). For goods made to customer specification or clearly tailored to personal needs, the law provides an exception (§ 18 para. 1 no. 3 FAGG) — and a part printed from your file is exactly that. So that production doesn't have to wait out a withdrawal period, we obtain your express confirmation before starting. In the order confirmation you tick three boxes:

Ich beauftrage die Fertigung nach meiner Spezifikation und nehme zur Kenntnis, dass für individuell angefertigte Waren kein Rücktrittsrecht nach § 18 Abs. 1 Z 3 FAGG besteht. I commission manufacturing to my specification and acknowledge that no right of withdrawal exists for custom-made goods under § 18 para. 1 no. 3 FAGG.

Ich habe die Material- und Verfahrenshinweise gelesen (Was Sie bekommen — und was nicht), bin für Einbau und Anwendung des Teils selbst verantwortlich und besitze die Rechte an den übermittelten Dateien. I have read the material and process notices (What you get — and what you don't), am responsible for installation and application of the part myself, and hold the rights to the submitted files.

Ich verlange ausdrücklich, dass mit der Fertigung sofort nach Zahlungseingang begonnen wird, und warte nicht den Ablauf einer Frist ab. I expressly request that production begin immediately upon receipt of payment, without waiting out any period.

Das ist dasselbe Prinzip wie beim sofortigen Zugriff auf digitale Leistungen: bewusster, dokumentierter Verzicht gegen sofortigen Beginn. Ohne diese Bestätigung beginnt die Fertigung schlicht nicht — es entsteht Ihnen kein Nachteil außer Wartezeit.

It's the same principle as immediate access to digital services: a conscious, documented waiver in exchange for an immediate start. Without this confirmation, production simply doesn't begin — the only consequence for you is waiting time.

Was davon unberührt bleibt: Gewährleistung. Ist ein Teil fehlerhaft gefertigt oder entspricht nicht dem Angebot, wird nachgebessert, neu gefertigt oder erstattet. Der Rücktrittsausschluss betrifft das Umbestellen, nicht unsere Fehler. What remains untouched: warranty. If a part is manufactured defectively or doesn't match the quote, it is reworked, remade or refunded. The withdrawal exclusion covers changing your mind, not our mistakes.

Geschäftlich oder privatBusiness or private

Beides ist willkommen, der Ablauf ist derselbe. Unternehmen geben in der Anfrage Firmenwortlaut und UID an und erhalten die Rechnung entsprechend ausgestellt. Auch Privatkunden bekommen selbstverständlich eine ordentliche Rechnung — eine UID gehört darauf nur, wenn Sie als Unternehmer bestellen. Für wiederkehrende gewerbliche Fertigung (Kleinserien, Rahmenaufträge) schreiben Sie uns mit dem Betreff [B2B] — dafür gelten eigene Konditionen nach Vereinbarung.

Both are welcome, the process is the same. Businesses state their company name and VAT ID in the request and receive the invoice made out accordingly. Private customers naturally receive a proper invoice too — a VAT ID appears on it only when you order as a business. For recurring commercial manufacturing (small series, framework orders) write to us with the subject [B2B] — separate conditions apply by agreement.

Was wir nicht fertigenWhat we don't manufacture

Wir behalten uns vor, Aufträge ohne Begründung abzulehnen (AGB § 12). Teile mit Sicherheitsfunktion fertigen wir nur nach ausdrücklicher Klärung — siehe Sicherheitshinweise. Für hochgeladene Dateien sichern Sie zu, die erforderlichen Rechte zu besitzen.

We reserve the right to decline orders without stating reasons (terms § 12). Parts with a safety function are made only after explicit clarification — see safety notes. For uploaded files you warrant that you hold the necessary rights.

Versand & Abholung: Versand derzeit nur innerhalb Österreichs; Abholung in Tulln nach Vereinbarung jederzeit. EU-Versand folgt, sobald die Verpackungslizenz-Pflichten je Zielland geklärt sind (jedes EU-Land verlangt eine eigene Registrierung — das machen wir ordentlich statt schnell). Shipping & pickup: shipping currently within Austria only; pickup in Tulln by arrangement anytime. EU shipping will follow once per-country packaging-licence obligations are clarified (each EU country requires its own registration — we do that properly rather than quickly).
