You have a file — downloaded, from a designer, from your own CAD — and no suitable printer. We manufacture it. Pick the level of explanation that fits you below; the process is the same for everyone.
Sie haben ein Teil gesehen und möchten es haben. Sie brauchen: die Datei (endet meist auf .stl, .3mf oder .step), einen Satz dazu, wofür das Teil ist, und eine Wunschfarbe. Alles andere entscheiden wir für Sie sinnvoll — Material, Druckeinstellungen, Ausrichtung — und schreiben es ins Angebot. Wenn Ihr Teil draußen, im Auto oder in der Nähe von Wärme lebt, ist das der wichtigste Satz in Ihrer Anfrage.
You've seen a part and want it. You need: the file (usually ending in .stl, .3mf or .step), one sentence on what the part is for, and a preferred colour. Everything else we decide sensibly for you — material, print settings, orientation — and write it into the quote. If your part lives outdoors, in a car or near heat, that's the most important sentence in your request.

Sie drucken selbst, aber nicht alles. Typisch: zu groß für den eigenen Bauraum, Material, das Sie nicht verarbeiten (ASA, PA, TPU, Harz), oder Stückzahl. Geben Sie an, was Sie sich vorstellen — Material, Schichthöhe, Infill, Farbe — und wir bestätigen es oder schlagen begründet etwas anderes vor. Sie bekommen dieselbe Preistransparenz wie im Kalkulator.
You print yourself, but not everything. Typically: too big for your build volume, a material you don't run (ASA, PA, TPU, resin), or quantity. State what you have in mind — material, layer height, infill, colour — and we'll confirm it or suggest something else with reasons. You get the same price transparency as in the calculator.
Sie brauchen Funktionsteile. Relevant für uns: Belastungsrichtung, Sichtflächen, Passungen (Nennmaß + Gegenstück oder Toleranzangabe), Temperatur- und Medienkontakt, Stückzahl und Wiederholbedarf. STEP bevorzugt. Nachbearbeitung (Gewindeeinsätze, Bohren auf Maß, Glätten) als Position im Angebot. Wir nennen Verfahren, Material und Orientierung und begründen sie — siehe Konstruieren für AM.
You need functional parts. Relevant for us: load direction, visible faces, fits (nominal + mating part or tolerance), temperature and media contact, quantity and repeat demand. STEP preferred. Finishing (threaded inserts, drilling to size, smoothing) as a line item in the quote. We state process, material and orientation with reasons — see Designing for AM.
Prototyping, Vorserie, Entwicklung. Wir arbeiten nach Ihrer Spezifikation: Werkstoffvorgabe oder Anforderungsprofil, Toleranzklasse, Prüfumfang (Maßprotokoll auf Wunsch), Dokumentation je Charge (Material, Charge, Parameter, Drucker). NDA vor Dateiübermittlung möglich. Für wiederkehrende Fertigung: Rahmenvereinbarung mit hinterlegten Parametern. Kanal: Betreff [B2B]. Was wir nicht leisten, sagen wir vorab — Zertifizierungen (z. B. Medizin, Luftfahrt) haben wir nicht.
Prototyping, pre-series, development. We work to your specification: material requirement or requirements profile, tolerance class, inspection scope (dimensional report on request), documentation per batch (material, lot, parameters, printer). NDA before file transfer possible. For recurring manufacturing: framework agreement with stored parameters. Channel: subject [B2B]. What we don't offer we say up front — we hold no certifications (e.g. medical, aerospace).

The form assembles an e-mail to us — you attach the file in your mail client and send. Quote usually the same or next working day. What follows: order process.
Datei fertig, Standardmaterial, kleines Teil? Schreiben Sie EXPRESS in den Betreff — solche Anfragen beantworten wir bevorzugt mit dem nächstmöglichen Termin; Abholung in Tulln nach Vereinbarung. Ehrlich dazu: Wir sind eine Werkstatt mit Warteschlange, keine Ladentheke — der Termin kommt per Mail, nicht per Versprechen.File ready, standard material, small part? Put EXPRESS in the subject — such requests get priority with the next possible slot; pickup in Tulln by arrangement. Honestly though: we are a workshop with a queue, not a shop counter — the slot comes by e-mail, not by promise.
